is a title of my altered book for my artistic records: new ideas, sketches, interesting thoughts, tests of art material, future plans, etc. A date with imagination is great!
A date with imagination is a kind of a journal.
At
art therapy, we can use journals too.
This 'old' book is waiting for a client to write down his/her secrets.
A client is a child and he/she titled the book 'a Book of Secrets'. This is where he/she will draw and write about his/her fears, anger, pain, problems, as well as about his/her happiness, joy, dreams and wishes. A journal is a good way to 'talk' to our soul and heal ourselves…
